Every run reshapes the world itself — the terrain, encounters, and dangers are procedurally generated, so no two respawns ever look the same. Cross paths with dozens of unique custom NPCs, battle 7 formidable Keepers in one-of-a-kind boss encounters, and steer your fate toward one of 7 possible endings.

To survive outside the town gates, you must harvest wandering Husks for meat — the primary currency used to purchase heavy firepower from the Armorer. Seek out the powerful Keepers, defeat them, and bring their dropped Soulstones to the occult Soulweaver for arcane cards that rewrite your physical form with strange new capabilities.

Rumors whisper of an escape through an ancient, sealed portal. You must track down and defeat 7 Keepers to claim their rare Keeper Coins. Gather all seven and step through to one of 7 possible endings — your choices along the way decide which truth awaits you.

Find refuge in a fully realized survivor town filled with a vibrant, eccentric cast. Share stories with Haven at the tavern, buy shifting maps from the Old Compass, or get delightfully grim advice from Trish. Interact with dozens of unique NPCs who have either accepted their endless purgatory or are desperately fighting it.
